So i just bought a very minty Remington Model 11 made in 1936. I also bought a spare barrel for it and would like to get it cut down from 28 to 20 inches and have a bead fitted. Can anyone recommend a shop to do this?

Mike Orlen would be my first suggestion if you can contact him and verify he’s still accepting work. He can also thread it for chokes if you want. https://www.shotgunworld.com/b...pic.php?f=12&t=36237

I had Carlson's cut down and install thin wall chokes tubes on this Benelli SBE a couple years ago.

Check with Wilson Combat or Vang Comp - either/or do fantastic shotgun work at very reasonable rates.
