With the pre-Black Friday sales at various sites on the Romeo5 Gen 2, that's going to be your best bang for the buck.

It's a great budget red dot, and even more so when you can snag one for only ~$110-$120.

But instead of paying $120+shipping at PSA, you can get it for $110 with free shipping here:https://www.brownells.com/opti...-sght/?sku=430111332

I put a Bushnell TRS-25 on mine, a Gen 2

You will need a riser if the scope doesn't have one due to the KT's weird high front iron sight post.

OK just looked it up and the Gen 3 apparently doesn't have the iron sights anymore? I guess if you have a Gen 3 then you can disregard the part about the riser.

Just bear in mind in the sub $400 category everything is Chinese made. Trijicon ( $$$ I know) is American made, Aimpoint is Swedish and some of the higher end lines of the mostly Chinese optics are made in Japan

I would also check Primary Arms and check out their micro prism sights. They are quite nice and only slightly over $200. I got one in a trade deal and am quite impressed at how rugged and nice this thing is. They also have some small pistol rds for a nice price made in many types of platforms/footprints.

There are many deals to be had now by many manufacturers. AIM is another who has some great deals going on, as does PSA.

Thanks guys the Sig Romeo 5 arrived today. When I get a good sale or find a used good optic I’ll switch them out.
