Oh I know, I just like the look. These rifles are a real treat. A short barrel and irons gets a lot done. Add a can..

Did you get that upper from Brownell's? They have an upper very much like that on their website. I have been thinking about buying one. Thanks, Ironworker.

H&R. H&R is formerly Nodak Spud.

They supply the parts to Brownell's.

You can get the same carbine in a pistol format with a brace that looks just like the CAR stock. I've been thinking seriously about getting one as well.

Is this one the C7 with gray anodizing?

Who can say where this NFA stuff will end up, but the reality is that "pistol braces" suck. Meanwhile a short rifle with a proper stock is great.

SBRs are/were simple to file... If we don't need to, great.

I will sleep well every night for the rest of my life with the comfort of never buying some dumb "pistol" or "brace" to circumvent the law. Gun laws are dumb.. But don't be stupid.

YMMV

11.5" barrel.

It's the black C7 with M4 cuts, six hole skinny handguard.

The upper and lowers were blems, so the fitment is super tight. I mean super tight. It takes some effort to push the rear pin out. I won't just be popping it open in the field until there is some wear on the coating in the upper's push pin hole. I might go ahead and polish it.
