OttoSigAnyone have an 870 Swag tool I can borrow?
I’ll pay shipping. And throw in something for a Karma if anyone has one.

RogueJSKLike a tool to swage out the magazine tube dimples?
I'd suggest just drilling them. Less chance of deforming the mag tube, or breaking the solder connection with the receiver, like you could while hammering on a swaging tool.
Takes just a few minutes with a power drill, a drop of oil, and a drill bit roughly the same size as the dimples. Then follow up with a thin rounded file or dremel on the inside edges to ensure there are no rough burrs to impede follower travel. You can hit the area with a little cold blue afterwards, but I haven't bothered on any of the tubes I've drilled, and I've never had rust develop.

MikeinNCCould you just drive a socket thru from the end cap end and remove the dimples?

mutedbladeSo much easier to do as Rogue suggests. I've done a few and never had any problems with function or rust (and it's cheap

)
