BrotherReloading skills at the under 10 FPS SD and 30 FPS ES level; rock-solid fast position building; wind-reading to within 2 MPH (all assuming a capable rifle and shooter).

I believe you are confusing progress with advancement. One is forward movement in any direction and the other is movement towards your destination.

IndianaBoyNew and better tripods and technique for shooting off of them seems to be increasingly important as well.
