yea I bet there are now going to be a lot of short barrel parts available that used to be used for production guns with braces.

I hadn't considered that, but sounds about right.

I only wish I had a spare $700 sitting around to grab a 6". My 8" is great, but I could get almost a full baffle stack MODx9 under my handguards with a 6" barrel....

4" barrel pop up all of the time on the secondary market for $300ish. Its really the 8" barrels that people have trouble finding.

The 6.5" barrel is pointless to me. Don't get the advantage of being ultra compact while also missing out on the improved ballistics of 8". Also no great handguard options.
