Yes. I remove the barrel to clean the gas block. Return to zero is not an issue.

Same here, mine has always returned to zero.

How often do you clean the gas block??

I have both a 4” and 8” Barrel. Would like to be able to use both, knowing I can put the 4” back in at any time and it will still have zero.
