After years of searching, I finally found a Frommer 29M 12ga. These were made from 1929 to the '70's. Rudolf Frommer patented removable ejectors. They threw 2 aluminum snap caps across the room. They were only marked "Frommer's Patents", until 1936, when he died. Hungary, being under German influence, dropped his name [He was Jewish]. Later examples were marked "Monte Carlo". It's import marked, so it most likely sold in the US.

Beautiful! Does it have the 2 3/4" chamber? Are you gonna shoot it or keep it as a collector?

2 3/4" chamber. This is 10 rounds at 7 yards.

I also found out from the expert on these that mine is a very rare 1927 example [1 of 2 he knows of, that is true to the original patents, later one's don't have a safety and the break open lever is on top of the action.
