was looking at a Tread & saw some yellow Tread labels on left & right end of the handguard near the muzzle, i didn’t handle the gun so i’m wondering is this something new or just something to peel off as i’m thinking may eventually happen anyway?

They can be easily removed - it's a branding identifier so the rifle can be seen on the wall/shelf.

They're plastic badges, with mounting prongs that fit in the M-LOK slots. Just pull on 'em to remove. Best, Jon
