Which rail and vertical fore grip for SBR? Login/Join

So I've got a Colt 6933 and want to replace the stock hand guards and go with a rail (still 7") so I can use a vertical fore grip. I have a Bobro on my LMT and love that, but it appears that won't work with M Lok or Keymod. Was leaning towards the DD Omega Rail (what's on my LMT) as I can install that myself, but then the fore grip options are now different. Any first hand experience/recommendations on options to consider? Thanks.

Left-Handed,
NOT Left-Winged!

I have a 7" Omega Rail (Quad) that I used a Magpul vertical grip on. The grip clamps to a 1913 rail, I think it's called RVG.

PM or email me if interested in either or both.
