gjgalligan9mm PCC zero with red dot
What distance would you zero a 9mm PCC/AI with a red dot?

flesheatingvirus25 yards is what my SP5K is zeroed at. That's standard (really 25m) for the MP5 platform. The main thing I have to remember is to compensate for the offset height of the red dot over the bore. At distances like 7yds, I have to aim 3-4 inches high.

P220 SmudgeI do 25 yards, but I guess it depends on what you want to do with it.

sigarmsp226I also do 25 yards because I shoot mine in Steel Challenge which has targets out to 35 yards on a couple of stages.

Same. 25 yards will still be almost dead on at 35 and still work for close in targets without really worrying about height over bore.
AR15's with a dot get zeroed at 50.
Anything with magnification gets zeroed at 100.

That's what I do as well.

RogueJSKSimilarly, I zero my 9mm PCCs at 25 yards, and my defensive rifles at 100 yards. (Though I have no problems with a 50 yard rifle zero either, since in the grand scheme there's very minimal differences between 50/100, with just some slight benefits for either one in specific use cases. It mainly comes down to personal preference.)

fischtown7I do 25 yards also, with my laser bore sight I have been using these free targets and getting my zero done before I even goto the range. I wish I had found these earlier, it is so nice to just show up at the range and not have to any zeroing, only once I had to make a small adjustment.
infinitezerotargetsIf you goto the website it says hang at the range, of course you can use them that way but what I do is measure out a wall at home and adjust the optic till bore sight laser and red dot or iron sights are on the dots.
