As opposed to technical tools useful for making sure we hit what we aim at, of course.

I was moving stuff around trying to cram “just one more” into the safe when I started looking at rear sights. There’s some pretty cool looking stuff out there!

In roughly chronological order:

Ladder style on a Gewehr 1888

Quadrant style on a Schmidt 1889

Lange Vizier on a Peruvian 1891

Basic Mauser Tangent on a Persian 98

And, of course, the best, Rear Aperture on an M1 Garand!
