Neighbor just asked about the Saint 9mm.
I have no experience with them so I'm asking you fellas what you think.

Also, are the mags Colt type or do you need SA made mags?

I'm in the market broadly for an AR at that price point. From what I'm seeing they're a great value I just refuse to do business with SA after the crap they pulled in Illinois. With Shot next week, I'd have him wait to see what might come out.

The Saint mags are are Colt style in 9mm I ordered some to use in my ROCK River SBR.

I own ine and like it very much. Fun to shoot, fairly accurate and reliable.

Only issue I have with mine is that it goes through ammo way to fast. A little on the heavier side but that easily tames the recoil. Have a holosun optic and easily pics up targets. Colt SMG mags at brownells work just great. Very nice rifle. Wasn't really looking for one but happened to find one at a great price.
