Did someone not seek the help of a medical professional after four hours after taking a blue pill?

Close, it involved an "oops" at the range yesterday. I'm sure the guy said he'll never do THAT again.

I see what looks like a round, with a dowel-looking appendage, and something used to push it free.

Don't point your wand at anything you don't intend to shoot. It could have used the blue pill as it only went half way to the target. The much higher than anticipated recoil did involve some minor amount of blood afterwards.

Confused An AR bolt that didn't unlock and wound up more or less welding itself to the barrel extension?

This is photographic evidence of one of many possible outcomes that result from leaving your black powder ramrod where it doesn't belong.

The soft lead hollow point surrounded the ramrod on its way down the barrel and took the rod down range Eek. Left a pretty good scope impression on the shooters nose and forehead. He's lucky the rifle didn't explode.
