You're not going to be losing the springs and detents I've listed unless you're working on your rifle, which, I take it, these guys were not.


No it was not allowed, when someone presented a rifle to use at work I had to document its condition, if things were changed or replaced I had to do it since I was “certified”. Really it was some BS dreamed up by the city attorney to try and deflect blame if there was a shooting or a lawsuit.

If the guy wanted a new free float tube, I put it on. No new triggers(factory only) they could change the batteries in their lights and adjust their sights, but that was about it
