Bill - Suppressor/Silencer is a Ti-Rant 45. With the suppressor it really wasn't quiet, but I was using 115 gr 9mm (supersonic) and I was shooting in a tight indoor lane. I was out there today with a 22 pistol and a little 22 can and even that sounded loud. I want to grab some 147 gr ammo though and give it a good try.

Distance was around 50 feet, nothing too far. I found the iron sights shoot low.

(Should note, that was 90 rounds, 3 full magazines)

M4 - Stock seems to be an ar tube adapter that's been fitted with an ar pistol tube and the sig brace. I haven't really taken it apart though.

Anyone know if they are definitely going to come out with the rifle version?

Yes they are coming out with a 16" rifle model. They had one on display at Shot Show. It had a 16" barrel with a 3 prong flash hider that was actually part of the barrel. I overheard someone say the barrel was a CA compliant one.

I picked mine up last week as well. It does run flawless, but one thing I noticed is that it takes more force to pull the charging handle on this weapon when compared to an AR15 style firearm. Does anyone else experience the same?

I've also noticed on some the spent brass that some of the cartridges are scraped, presumably from when the chambered round slides into battery -- is this normal?

I hope I'm not over diagnosing this model. The "version 1" and "version 2" kinda makes me a little queasy.

Unless your going to switch calibers, the V1 will be just fine. If you decide you want to switch calibers then you just need to get V2 upper which I believe Sig said they would sell all the V1 owners at a special price. It's only the upper so I don't see it costing that much to begin with.

Yes, the charging handle does require more effort than an AR, but there's more than just a bolt being pulled back. After a while it seemed to get easier. It took a bit, but I also got used to not trying to pull it back the entire length an AR would normally require.

I didn't take note of the spent brass condition.

I'm hoping that the next version includes a .45 variant.

I don't think you will ever see an MPX in 45ACP.

I would like to note that I used the supplied tube of TW25B extreme performance lubricant that came with the MPX on the bolt and charging handle and this greatly relieved the issue I was experiencing. Much better now; appears to function as intended.

Anyone know where to get extra magazines for MPX?

Anyone seen this video yet? Looks like the MPX has some trigger problems too.

I will find out tomorrow if the trigger pins are an issue. I'm planning on putting 300 rounds through mine.

Need verification that the 8" barrel SIG MPX-PSB is able to accept both the side-folding and telescoping stock options.

Basically, I want one MPX with the adaptability of two stocks (Side-folding and Telescoping)and still install the SBX arm-brace.

Yes, I know the folding and telescoping stock options will require a SBR registration with ATF.

What are the "obvious" reasons in which he can't show the alleged double fires?

Double Fires would be seen as "select fire" by the ATF. Civilians can't own a select-fire (full auto) firearm if manufactured after 1986.

Also, note that in the video, he placed the "arm-brace" on his cheek and not his shoulder; that being, not treating the MPX-PSB (Pistol} as a SBR.

As personal firearms continue to evolve and innovate, the rules of the NFA of 1934 become more complex and more open to interpretation by the ATF.

Thanks for the gouge.

If a firearm goes fully automatic because of a factory defect like the pins walking out, there is no violation of the law unless you intentionally did something to alter the weapon. In the case of the video, there was no violation of law and no reason the video couldn't be shown as an issue with the weapon system.

Let's focus more on the problem than the video itself.
