I don’t have any suggestions for shirts with padded elbows, but after I asked here about thin elbow pads, someone directed me to these: https://smile.amazon.com/gp/pr..._title?ie=UTF8&psc=1 I find them just about ideal for shooting from the prone or benches. They’re thick enough to give me the padding I need, but not so thick or hard as to keep me from achieving and maintaining good shooting positions. Because they are a stretch fit they also stay in place on my arms and don’t move around, which is an inevitable problem with pads in loose garments that my elbows tend to roll off. Even separate pads that I rest my elbows on require fiddling with and adjusting, especially if I change position. They are a bit tight to fit over the sleeves of my shirts, so I put them directly on my arms under the sleeves. ► 6.4/93.6

Some Propper/5.11/ type BDU shirts have pockets for pads, but I've found slip-ons in sporting goods departments for skateboarders and the like.

If you can find some military surplus “ combat shirts” like I was issued in Afghanistan they would work. It has a thin ventilated body ( the sage green color) and the sleeves are digital camo with built in padding. I am sure the later multi cam and similar marine corps shirts would do as well.

^^^ If budget isn't a concern and you have months to wait, Crye Precision's combat and field shirts have pockets at the elbows for their pads (sold separately, of course). ---------------------------- Chuck Norris put the laughter in "manslaughter" Educating the youth of America, one declension at a time.

This is probably the least expensive option. I've been using vollyball elbow pads for years. _____________________________ 'I'm pretty fly for a white guy'.
