Percussion cap availability? Login/Join

I dug my TC Renegade out of the safe today with the intent to get it out shooting. I'm looking for supplies online and it looks like percussion caps are out of stock pretty much everywhere? Never thought I'd see the day you couldn't find caps on demand.

What State are you in? There are some shops that still cater to black powder accessories & shooting.

PA. Word on the web is that the manufacturers are ramping production back up in time for hunting season. I'll keep an eye on the local stores and see what pops up. Hopefully prices are more inline with what they ought to be, rather than the extortion prices I'm seeing online!

Considering primers ( a similar product in use and production methods) are nearly quadruple the price they were 4 years ago, and still pretty scarce, I imagine most factories are focusing on primer production / high demand rather than making caps.
