What ring height would you choose to mount a 33mm objective scope? I am think low to medium.

The rifle will be an all around hunter, bench rest, and just plain plinker. TIA

The general advice has always been to mount a scopesight as low as the sight and shooter’s head position will permit. With that type of rifle, it defaults to as low as the sight will permit because no scope can be mounted as low as the iron sights.

Thanks guys. Looks like low rings will work. Now to pick the scope!
