Here is a link to a picture on YouTube of a Russian Soldier on a vehicle like a BMP. The Soldier on the far left - what kind of weapon is that? It looks like a black 2x6 with a scope, AK grip and blocky magazine. Maybe it’s a weird weapon case? I don’t know what it is, any ideas?

Most likely a UAV jammer.
They're made to look roughly like rifles, so that from afar, enemy troops can't pinpoint that one as being the anti-drone guy.
