Same or different?

I want to check headspace on a RRA NM barrel switch.

But it is probably worth noting that there are different numbers for different mfg. of the gauge.
Probably not relevant for a new situation (go/nogo), but a field gauge may be...

You're going to need to know the specific chamber spec in order to get the correct gauge.

Barrel is RRA NM A2
They list the chamber as
.223 Wylde Chamber for 5.56mm and .223 Caliber

I misspoke a bit. The go\no go gauges are the same across the 223\5.56 chambers. The field gauge is larger for the NATO 5.56 chamber.
