I am finally going through some unpacked boxes in my house. I opened up a box of old toys, and found these gun parts in there:







I believe them to be M1A/M14 parts, but could be very wrong. I dont have either weapon. It looks like the last pic didn't photograph well, so if need be, can take the parts out of the bag. Hoping benny6 will chime in.

You have a vented handguard, an operating rod, a Gi flash suppressor and bayonet (M6?), an single point scope mount of some sort, a trigger housing, E2 stabilizing brakes and maybe some other E2 parts.

I can't make out the parts in the plastic bag.

I'd definitely be interested in the op-rod, the trigger housing and the flash suppressor.

Yup, looks mostly M14.

Handguard, op-rod, trigger housing, muzzle breaks, bayonet, flash hider, scope mount, etc.

Not sure what the part to the left of the trigger housing is or what is in the ziplock bag. The parts to the right of the trigger housing look like magazine loaders for some kind of stick mag.

How are the trigger housing and the op rod marked?

The screw in the bag (bottom picture) is for a scope mount.

Those are E2 stabilizers. They slip over the existing flash suppressor.

The long story on these parts is; a Philpino gentleman my father knew in San Diego passed. He had a bunch of M1A/M14 parts, and ammo. I came across them via my dad in San Diego, who had no use for the parts.

And they have been in a box of toys for more than 20 years.

The little Manila bag says AR15, and has a spring in it.

I am fairly certain my dad's friend shot CMP or high power competitions in the San Diego area.
