I have an Sig Cross Magnum. Many people with the Sawtooth Magnum would prefer the longer hand guard found on the magnum. I would like a shorter one as I backpack this rifle. I have swapped out the buttstock and before I shortened the handguarad, I wanted to see if there were any other options. Thanks in advance for your input.

I have one of the non-magnum Crosses, and I have found it to perform extrememly well.

I am not sure, but are you asking if there are aftermarket options for handguards for the Magnum Cross that you currently have?

I found the following lightweight handguard on Sig's website. It is made By Odin Works. I don't see any distinctions between magnum and standard rifles.
