New to me Ruger Precision Rifle 6.5 Creedmoor (range pic added)
So I was at the range last week shooting my Aero Precision 6.5 when one of the range officers asked if I was interested in this rifle. He said he purchased it for long range shooting, shot 10rds out of it and was in a car accident which has rendered him unable to shoot rifles. I asked what he was asking for it and he stated $1200 and I could have whatever he had to go along with it. Those extras included the upgraded bolt handle, Sig Tango 6 4x-24x, scope mount, Harris bipod, and a Pelican vault case. That is a steal for the gun and extra’s. I gave it a good cleaning and hope to shoot it Thursday. Range report to follow.

I concur.

What stock is that?

Looks great, btw.

That rifle stock appears to be the OEM/factory unit. It is branded "Ruger" on both sides of the cheek rest. Those are nice rifles at a great price point.
Excellent acquisition usncorpsman!

Yes….factory stock, but he changed the bottom of the stock to allow for better adjustment. It is an all metal piece.

I was able to shoot it today. The first group using my hand loads were less than an inch. The gun shot extremely well and I am ecstatic with the purchase.
