Redfield sight parts source? Login/Join

Anybody know of a source for Redfield rear sight parts?

Specifically looking for the #1-56 screw that holds the windage plate to the gallows arm of a Redfield 75 though I'd suspect there is a lot of interchangeability with other model Redfield sight.

Numrich has a few parts but no screws.

Thanks.

#1-56 screw

You're sure? That's implausibly small.

I took a quick look at screws and screw assortments from Brownells, nothing under 4-40, which is pretty tiny itself. At least you'll know where not to look.

I checked Brownells and the other usual suspects.

I'm pretty sure. This little screw is only .071" diameter.

My Meanards actually carries #1 screws but they are 72TPI.

Your best bet is probably going to be scavenging one from another Redfield sight. I would start scouring eBay or gun shows looking for a broken or incomplete one you can take the screw from.
