Seems pretty nice. Ambi controls, chrome lined hammer forged barrel. Only $6300.

It looks like a great AR10.

The chrome lined barrel almost certainly will increase the barrel's life, but at a noticeable cost of decreased accuracy. I've seen enough website tests to see a pattern of inconsistent accuracy. A truly great barrel -- such as a Bartlein or Krieger -- in an AR10 will produce better results.

The caliber name is spelled "Creedmoor", not "Creedmore".

The price is up there, and I thought my Howa ‘ultra-lite’ was a little spendy. Yes I have them in 243 and 6.5 Creedmoor.

Mine are more for hunting, don’t really need semi-auto. Plus my new suppressor fits both, but mostly on the 16.25” barreled Creedmoor.

I’m rather new to the Creedmoor, already have a handful of cartridges around the periphery. To be honest after decades of hunting, almost hard to find a ‘bad’ cartridge for the average 50-80 yard shot at a 140 pound deer.

Hopefully it will serve the purpose it’s intended for.

For a “sniper” rifle, though, the precision of the few groups shown wasn’t very impressive for quality rifles in this day and age. One good group doesn’t prove anything, whereas bad groups might. Bad groups can be due to a couple of factors not related to the rifle, poor marksmanship or bad ammo, but the rifle can be at fault as well.

What I would be particularly concerned about if I were a sniper using the weapon was the first “cold bore” shot. How many times do snipers get to fire follow-up shots because the first one misses? Even if it’s occasionally possible, it’s certainly not optimal. But as one of our knowledgeable members has stated, there are no cold bore shots*, just “cold” shooters, and I’ve come to believe that that’s very frequently (usually?) true because of my personal experiences, albeit with a limited number of rifles. If, however, it is true of this rifle, then as I say, I’d be concerned if my professional results depended on all shots’ hitting where aimed.

But I can only assume that the rifle was tested by the prospective customers rather than a dramatic YouTuber, so my concerns/criticisms don’t mean anything important.

* I will accept that the phenomenon may be real for 22LR rifles, but that’s not what this discussion is about.
