I own a couple of Winchester 9422 lever actions and was excited to see Winchester's advertising for a new Ranger .22lr lever model, introduced at the beginning of this year. The pricing is attractive, about the same as comparable Henrys. I might add a Ranger to my collection, if they exist. Has anyone bought or even seen one anywhere? Any info updates?

Not seen one anywhere. They promised 2024, but didn't mention when.

On paper it looks like an improvement over Henry thanks to the takedown.

Yep, I'm interested to see one in person as well. The Henry is a workable little rifle, but the finish leaves something to be desired. I'm curious how the Ranger stacks up in real life, but so far I've not seen one.
