As long as its a reputable maker I'd say buy any lower and build it up with the trigger and parts you want.

Those are good brands but especially if you are trying to hit a budget I'd echo the AERO lower post above and say just find someone who makes a good lower in spec and go from there with a trigger you like and quality LPK kit.
