Scopeswitch - new product for LPVO
This thing looks interesting. They are saying $600 in the comments, I don't know about that. But a cool idea if nothing else.

Maybe I can get some fishing line out and rig one up. Big Grin

Here's another one that won't embed.

Pretty cool, innovative, seems to work. I hope they do well with it.
I suspect they will be up against competitive products down the road.

Indeed it does.

It probably wouldn’t work well with my preferred LPVOs because their adjustment rings are pretty stiff, but the concept does make sense for some situations.
I wonder if the idea will lead to electric power zooms in the scopes themselves with something like a tape switch on the handguard.

Can’t have too many gadgets in our gear, can we? Wink

I was thinking it might help with the stiffer mag ring problem but I could see it being hard to move back and forth too.

Started thinking how this could be an issue with reciprocating CH Scars too. Which had me thinking how much rail space is actually needed here and what other logistics are involved. Can one fit behind a FSP M4? That kinda stuff.

Yeah the future is going to have those built in rangefinders and heads up fire solutions, can't be manually zooming our scopes anymore. Big Grin

It's a start. Cool
I imagine future generations and copies if not fully patented will utilize gears rather than cable perhaps.

I won’t buy one but that seems like a good idea. That wire is probably really steel cable so stiff rings aren’t likely to be an issue. I can see the appeal of this idea.
