I’ve been considering for a while the introduction of a thermal set-up. The consideration is now becoming more of a necessity primarily for control of coyote and now pigs. I don’t know a lot about this arena other than thermal optics seem to have come down in price and the technology is constantly improving.

I would use this primarily on a 556 rifle with range up to 150 yards. One I’ve been eyeing some is the AGM Rattler V2 25-384. This one is within my budget.

I was hoping I could get some thoughts and input on this subject. I could possibly increase my budget a little bit if needed. Thanks
