Have never used nor do I know anything about this type of ammunition. I do know it's in stock right now. Can anyone give a review?

No review, but sounds like snake oil. Jacketed compressed sounds like frangible, 90 grain isn't light enough in 9mm to get rifle velocities, so it can't work the way they describe it.
