That would normally be an excellent price these days, but I wonder what “service grade” means in reference to that ammunition. Good or bad it wouldn’t matter if it were some sort of FMJ 9mm, but if it’s being purchased for precision rifle use—?

I was curious about this too. This article summary says M118 is a match ammunition designation for 7.62 cal. Other articles say that "service grade" is related to higher quality and reliability standards for military and LE use. And certainly a 175 gr. SMK HPBT bullet is match grade. So it looks like a duck, walks like a duck, and I guess we'll see the performance when it quacks to determine if it is a duck.
