It's a scam. When you checkout and go to payment, they only accept PayPal, and it takes you to https://zhuanwinning.pw/pay/...

You didn't place an order, did you? I know it might have been tempting, because besides the impossibly great price, they don't have any shipping restrictions to ban states.
