This probably belongs in What's Your Deal, but whatever. I went to Target Sports' site to order some mini-mags. On checkout I logged in and saw that the City part of my address came up as the name of some bank I've never heard of and not the name of the city I live in. Went to the account settings and updated the City. Twice. Still shows as the bank name. So I start an online chat session with some chick named Jessica. IMO, she should be on a different type of chat service.
Me: I'm trying to update my address but it keeps showing up as this bank name. I tried it twice with the same result.
Her: Did you try changing to a different card?
Me: A different CARD? No, what would that have to do with my shipping address?
Her: You should go to your account and update your address.
And I lost it. And they lost a $300 sale. F Target Sports. </rant>
