I get warnings that this site isn't secure. I see the the https does not show in the web address box. Has this always been the case? What gives? | ||

Yes, this has always been the case. There's no need for Sigforum to use a secure login, since there's no personal or financial information that's stored or transmitted. The worst that someone could snag by spying on your forum login traffic is your forum username and password. Just make sure you're not reusing the same username and password across multiple websites, especially sharing passwords with something important like your email account, online banking website, etc. | |||

One thing you can do to remove the warnings is to "whitelist" the site on your browser or whatever program is giving you the warning.
