Are firearm classifieds allowed on the classifieds area?

As silly as it is, some almost defunct forums which were wildly popular back in the day had this very rule. 1911 forum comes to mind.

Though the OP needed only look at the first page here to answer the question.

They had a Classifieds section but didn't allow B/S/T of firearms? Or, they didn't have a Classifieds section at all? The former is totally stupid. The latter is mildly understandable.

Had a classifieds but no firearms allowed, was mostly grips and holsters with occasional reloading stuff.

And I agree, dumb, not sure what trouble they thought they could get into.
