Gun BINGO advertisement question
Our local recreation center is having a gun BINGO to raise money for a new HVAC system. Am I allowed to post information regarding ticket sales for members that are local to this event? I am not looking for donations or hand outs. If a ticket is purchased, I would expect the players to be present to play.
