Too soon old, Too late smart |
Combination of age and back problems finally requires I stop putting off the inevitable. I have several lightly used like new custom sigs among the collection. My question is what is the best way to advertise? Do one by one or put several in the classified at once? Also I'd rather not do any shipping and would need to ask that anyone interested come to northern VA to check the gun(s) out and if interested we'd go to a LGS to arrange purchase and shipping (if necessary). I realize this will substantially reduce the sale prospects but it's either this or take them for consignment. I'm not selling for the money, just so that my son won't be stuck with the job. All reasonable offers considered. Ammo of different calibers included as supplies hold out. Fyi the Sigs are 2 dark elites in .357 sig, one fully customized by the sig shop and the other by Gerry Ritacco of Total Automation. Both 226. Also have a 239 in .357 with an extra new .40 cal barrel, never used. Finally a 226 in .40 cal customized by Gray Guns. I'll put together a complete listing with pics, original boxes, documentation of the custom work along with other handguns, rifles, pellet rifles and miscellaneous accessories. Just wanted some advice at this point about best way of advertising in the classified (singly or in groups). Any other advice appreciated. Thanks in advance. _______________________________________ NRA Life Member Member Isaac Walton League I wouldn't let anyone do to me what I've done to myself

With all the details you put in your post, you're essentially already running an ad. Just post it in Classifieds, please, all in one ad.
