Lakeland is situated halfway between Tampa and Orlando, and is convenient to either airport. Your family can take in the cultural attractions in Tampa or the Disney/Universal complex at Orlando while you’re in class. Weather should be absolutely perfect for training. All of the major hotel chains have locations in Lakeland, minutes from the range.

A certificate from this course is accepted by the state of Florida for a license to sign off on CWL applicants and is accepted as in-service training for Florida law enforcement officers. Students will fire about 900-1,000 rounds of ammunition, spend about half of the course in the classroom, and on the range learn to coach new shooters effectively.
