Who does the Sig Forum brain-trust like/recommend for women's firearm training in the Woodlands, TX area? This would be for a novice firearm user but maybe an outdoor range with something fun pistol & carbine training? Thinking of getting a friend a birthday gift of some fun/useful pew-pew time.

I'd suggest talking with either Saddle River Range [FM1488] or Copendero [Robinson Rd].
Both are really nice indoor ranges. I've shot quite a bit at SRR & the staff there is great.
Have only browsed at Copendero [but it's also only 2 miles from my house] and the guys there were really friendly.

Outdoor range, you might try Blackwood Gun Club on FM2854, they have a nice variety of ranges & also do clay shooting.
