Is the MK-25 the only current production SIG with a short extractor?

Well...if I ignore your thread title and took your above question at face value, then no.

Limited to just P226s, then yeah.

Yeah, at one time Bruce Gray had steel short extractors to replace the MIM factory part. Today Bruce nor Top Gun Supply has any of the solid steel short extractors.

The long extractors are fugly, IMHO. They ruin the lines of a traditional SIG slide. I carry a P226R with a short extractor. They are very tough little parts.
