? My SigPro fits in the same holsters as my P320c & vice versa. I will agree on the cost, but it ain't happening.
The SP2022 is limited by the fact that it's in the same size class as a G19/M&P/P320, but is DA/SA - even if the DA pull is one of the best out there. It's a wonderful gun & it has it's place, but it isn't going to take over the world.
I don't want to keep .40 around, but I shoot the damn thing well enough I can't justify getting a 9mm..... LGS has a 9mm for 399 & runs 10% off sometimes, might have a moment of weakness at some point.

rat2306Stopped by my somewhat local Cabela's...$399 for .40 SP 2022s. I have one in 9 I love, but have other .40s but I was so tempted (thoughts of their arduous check-out system chilled me back to reality). A hidden gem in SIG's lineup.

3/4FlapOne of the best pistols SIG has ever made. We've had a bunch of them. Son and I still have ours.
He carries his every day and due to his job has lots of opportunity for targets of opportunity.
The 9mms are known for perfect reliability. I think you will find some posts indicating less than perfect performance of some {batches?} of the .40's. still should be a great gun.
Here's one of Sonny's latest. Coyote shot at 184 yards. Range lasered. 2 shots to kill it.

I sense a deep internal conflict...and a subconscious sense of inevitability.

ChaseNGreat gun. Enjoy it. I had one for off duty when my issue pistol was a P229 until the siren song of striker fired pistols pulled me away in my youth. I've since come back 'round to polymer frame DA/SA pistols but in the form of H&K, and only because the P2000 & P2000SK are a bit more size efficient - but you certainly pay for it. Would still gladly carry a 2022 if necessary.

The $400 .22LR suppressor that has cost $2000 in upgrades, range membership so I can have conjugal visits & new guns is putting the inevitability on the back burner, but otherwise you are 100% correct.
The DA pull on the SigPro makes me look like I know how to shoot. Thats no small praise, more like a miracle.
