$71 10 rounder.

HOLY CRAP!!! Were they ever really that expensive? I don’t think I paid more then 35 for my first few and I have another 5 coming for a new toy that were 29 each.

Jesus....71 bucks would have made me rethink the purchase as I like the elephant foot mags.

Rick Holms did the work on mine while he was at Gray Guns before he left to start Lazy Wolf. I have a P2000SK with the same action work by him as well.

Rick did all the HK work for Bruce, while at Gray Guns. He is a great guy and one of the best HK gunsmiths in the country. Highly recommended.

GREAT pistol! It's my favorite in 45 ACP.

For me, it's a direct replacement for a 1911.

I have two USP 9 compacts and love that platform, so jumped at the chance to get a 45c for a really good price. I like it so much I tried to round up the funds a couple months ago when someone here was selling a like new one for crazy cheap. I will probably end up with a second 45c this year.

For those not familiar the HK45c had two 10 rounders available years ago. A 10 rounder that extended much like a 10 rounder on a 1911 looking like an extended mag costing about $40. The $71.00 mag was a molded 10 rounder that looked like an extension of the grip. Think P365 with a 12 round mag.

These mags are what you are talking about right??

https://www.cdnnsports.com/hk4...10.html#.XgoNbSROn6U

I am aghast they were ever $70 bucks. I mean I get the HK tax and I remember seeing vendors selling them for 45-50 bucks but I only ever paid 30-35 for mine.

Was/is there a non elephant foot extended mag out there with a different grip filler?

That's what I paid a couple of years ago.

I wish IO knew how to post pics. The CDNN mags are NOT the $71.00 mags. The $71.00 are very different. The ones from CDNN will stick out from the bottom. The $71.00 ones meld to grip like they belong.
