It’s an interesting story:

I really like the p210 carry. Practical aside, I Like the guns a bunch. So about 8 months ago, I decided to install an extended magazine release. This would set off a chain reaction that would lead to the photo you see below.

The extended mag release turned out to be junk and I turned to Bruce Gray at Gray Guns who has been a friend for several years. I have been a student of his several times with OSPEC training and enjoyed his company.

He took this pistol in and tuned it into something much more than it was before. It’s “legion” type paint job, along with custom action, truly make it into a master piece and I am
Honored to own it.

It will be carried in a Milt sparks vm2 and shot as often as
I can get to the range. I will post a range report soon.

MANY thanks to Bruce and his team.

I will bet my life on it.

Superb semi-custom carry gun!!! That's one I'd hang on to and use.

Nice choice. In Jack Carr's most recent novel, Only the Dead, Raife Hastings provided James Reese with a customized Grayguns P210 very similar to yours!

Beautiful gun! Love the Jack Carr books and the accuracy he gives to his stories. Whenever a book comes out, I devour reading it within a few days. I'm sure I'll be re-reading the series later this year.

Very nice looking pistol, and I'm sure you'll enjoy Graygun's improvements.

It will be fun to see your range reports.

I am seriously considering a P210 Carry since I got a Target and really enjoy it. That one looks great.

Thanks leonidas211. Color change seems to be to make black receiver into similar color as slide.

Beautiful firearm. Not surprising once Bruce has had his hands on it though.

Thanks a lot steve495! I come in here to enjoy some P210 porn of some of Bruce’s beautiful work and you hit me with another author whose work I’ll likely enjoy. Darn this forum is expensive! Wink

Speaking of beautiful P210 custom work by Bruce, what ever happened to code33? It looks like his last post may have been in 2014. I still remember him graciously allowing folks to try the P210 that Bruce built for him during lunch break at an OpSpec class in Modesto. That thing seemed like the definition of a laser beam, and it was flat out beautiful too.

It's a real looker. And with Mr. Gray's magical touch, undoubtedly it's going to be a masterful shooter. Congrats.

Nice! I don’t have “show” guns and find the 210 very good looking. I might be able to see my way to something like that, lol. Poor me if I had to, of course. What a shame! (/sarcasm)

You must have a lot of cuts on your hands as that is one sharp looking gun. Congrats. I love that finish on it.
