After a long delay apparently caused by confusion in my address and phone number, my P320 is finally on the way to SIG for the upgrade. I'm a tricky customer not because I want to be but rather because of my scheduling issues. The details are a long story. Thanks to Ryan D at SIG I'm back on track. When I need help at Grayguns, Tyrell H. is my rock. Even though these two gents work for different companies, they are a great team. I have been seriously spoiled by both of them. Some people are almost born into customer service and kudos to both these men.
