Approximate = 2001.

Mine is railed and is AL60XXX Oct 2005

At the top of this thread is a thread marked in bold Sig P series manufacture date codes that may help you out some. Also if it has original grips there should be a round clock like emblem with numbers on the outer edge and an arrow pointing to a specific number that also tells you the date.
