I've had a early sig 229 AB prefix serial# for quite some time it's in DAO, Frame German, slide Exhester NH. (Legacy slide) I have been thinking of adding either a 229 legion or an M11 A1 chambered in 9mm. Shot a 229 legion this AM and wow! Very nice Will my AB prefix 229 slide fit on the new 229 Frames? Pics of my 229

It will most likely fit as long as you use the locking insert from the AB as well.
Are you sure it's a W German frame 229?

Well since the Berlin Wall fell in 1989 and P229's weren't made until 1992, I think he means he has a German frame.
