I've got more than one Sig P239 and the one I carry has a short trigger reset... I'd like to have the same in my others... I've done this on a P226 and was wondering if there was a place to find the parts to do this? I also wonder if the short trigger reset for one of these might be the same as the one for the P226 and P229? My Native American Name: "Runs with Scissors"

The sear and safety lever from a p226 kit are the same for a p239. The p239 srt kit also came with a trigger bar spring that is different from the standard spring. You can trim your old spring to work. Trim off .040 . Here's a picture. .

So, it looks like what you are suggesting is to just cut 1.2 mm off of the end of the Trigger Bar Spring? My Native American Name: "Runs with Scissors"

At first I thought your diagram showed the very end tab being shorter and I could not figure out how that would make a difference... but now I think I see that what you are showing is actually the distance between that last bend before it gets to the 'tab' for the part that connects into the trigger rod. I think what I will do is take the spring off both P239's and then I could possibly see the difference better.... My Native American Name: "Runs with Scissors"
