Could be wrong, but I think that's one of the 1st gen X5 Allround judging by the flared out decocker and slide release.

It is indeed a P226 X5. First gen. In DA/SA.
The grips are mag well grips from a P226 Tacops model.

Yes that is an X5 Allround
They were available in 9MM, 357SIG and 40S&W
The one you have has had the grips and front sight changed since leaving the Factory
The grips look like what shipped on the TacOps and SCT pistols.
An Allround would have shipped with standard P226 flush fit magazines. Those are not X5 magazines. That looks like an aftermarket +3 or more base plate
I just picked up a P226S with SN very close to the pistol in your post #1 (mine is U 904 341). Mine is 40 S&W with SAO and adjustable trigger. There was no mention of it being an X5 L1 pistol, but I assumed it was based on seeing many other X5 L1 listing for the older style.
One thing I noticed on the pics in post #1 and #5 and mine, is the "DE" marking. Mine has that on the frame, slide, and barrel as well.
Does anyone here know when this "DE" mark showed up?
The "DE" mark is not anywhere on my X5 L1 in 9mm with SN (U 717 908)
Added Dec 23 None of my x5's have the outer cardboard with labels.

What colt_saa said.
lot_45, SIG Germany started marked their guns "DE" in about 2009. Yours is most likely the L1, unless previous owner had the Competition and put in the adjustable trigger system and the wood grips. Possible, but the latter scenario is less likely.

Hey Haris1,
What we have here (just as others have said) is… a 2013 X5 All around. I have one of it’s older cousins born in 2008. Below are some pics of the different looks I have gone thru… After taking it down to the bones, I discovered the frame had the jet funnel groves but the Nills did not have the cut to mount.
As it came (used). Previous owner upgraded to Nill grips and snagged two X5 extended mags.
Yes, it should have the flush fit mags but when I saw the look with just the extended mags, I decided to run with it but “for real” with the X5 jet funnel and correct grips to complete the look.
My first switch up was with black Hogues and black jet funnel
As she sits today with Nill grips and silver jet funnel
These are awesome guns and absolutely one of my favorites. Oh… and Q taught us all lesson about the DE. Mine being a 2008 does NOT have the DE.

Is that my old gun? I remember selling it to a member on Sigforum and it was set up very similar.
Edit: Then again, it might not. Mine had Nills with standard head screws and not hex head.

A local shop had this priced like a normal 226. I gladly obliged them.

^^^That was a heck of a deal, I am sure. Some shops just don't know what they have.
