I have an HK P2000sk in .357SIG that ends in 000357.

Had an American Derringer with my initials as the actual serial number.

I have two special order Ed Brown 1911s configured almost the same one with my son’s initials and DOB the other with mine. I have a few others that I looked at and thought “that’s pretty cool”, but can’t for the life of me remember which ones and why I thought it. Reminds me that I have to make sure my records are up to date again.

I've got a snubby Model 10 (no dash) with SN 5x000, which I thought was neat.

I have had two guns SN 101; a Perazzi trap gun and a Great Western derringer.
Well, the Perazzi was 1000101, to make the BATF requirement of seven digits, the derringer was made before that was required.

My S&W model 22, a civilian version of the M1917, is TRR1917.

Not a cool serial number but the lowest one I have, "16 of 500".

I have some old P220 parts that have a serial that begins with H0020 and a P220/P226 barrel that is serialized as 5101.

I forgot. I had a Seecamp 380 with SN WASAB1. Should have kept that one.

Sounds familiar…I have a special order EB Commander with my daughter’s initials and DOB.

I have always loved serial numbers and have many with meaning at least to me. I am always on the lookout for numbers and have overpaid for a gun or two with a special number

This Deluxe Texas Sesquicentennial Commemorative is a Model 544 chambered for the 44-40 cartridge and it is serial number 44




My long range surgical rifle chambered for 50BMG is serial number 50






In 1997 when the Smith & Wesson unveiled the 8 shot 357 Magnum as a Lew Horton exclusive I went and asked for number 357. I was told that only 300 of this firearm were being produced, so I asked for number 27 which arrived in June of 97. It is the upper left revolver. Soon after I got a call from LH asking of I still wanted number 357. This was the fastest selling exclusive in Lew Horton history and they were building 300 more. 357 arrived in September and is the upper right revolver.



Each year the West Point graduating class designs a firearm that only the Class and instructors can purchase. This is the USMA 2002 BiCentennial pistol and it is number 2045. 2002 was serial of the first pistol so I also purchased number 2046 to have both number 45 and the 45th pistol manufactured

In 2002 Colt re-introduced the Series 70 Covernment Model, this is serial number 70



Over the years Smith & Wesson has only produced 6 variations of the 8 shot 357 Magnum in carbon steel. These six revolvers are all the same serial number

In the olden days you could OWN a serial number with Colt. You had first right of refusal of any new gun or custom shop offering with your number. I had Uncles that owned number 43 and number 183 the firearms that they kept eventually made ther way to me

When Colt came out with the Double Eagle in 10MM it was a FLOP. A buddy of mine acquired all of them and I bought numbers 737, 747 and 757 from him. Only 747 remains with me as the others went to Family members

I also have several firearms whose serial number are all zeros

I've got a glock 42 serial starts with AGUN.

Also always loved the Palmetto lowers they made for whatever political crap was going on at the time. The Ghostgun-15 serial started with BOO. The Letsgo-15 started with Brandon. Tyranny-15 started with 1Jefferson.

More interesting to get random serial numbers that have some sort of meaning, but the Palmetto ones are always entertaining.

"Bzzz bzzz" isn't exactly "pew pew", but this factory threaded barrel Gen5 19 is a recent purchase, with the S/N of 'BZBZ019'. I swear that I didn't buy it because of the serial number. I wanted that factory TB before the evil doers here in WA State puts into place their damnable anticipated ban on further pistol TB purchases; the s/n was just a nice coincidence that wraps this future suppressor host with a tidy and appropriate bow.

I have a Weatherby rifle on a Mauser action with a three digit serial number.

I also have a couple of pistols that are old enough to have no serial number.

I had a Colt 1911 Light Weight Commander with SN ending in "1911". Gifted to one of my sons in-law.

I currently have a Sig P220 ending in "6666".

777....first three of serial on a factory 226 RTT with German stainless frame.

I had a London Bridge Trading lower serial#007. I regret selling it. I live less than 5 minutes from LBT.
